Purchasing for the River-sand and Sea-sand projects: 1. River-sand Project in Hainan, China Size Specifications 2.2 to 2.8 mm, not less than 60,000 MT per day, total demand is not less than 2 million MT per month. Seller provide its own unloading equipment to the Hainan Wharf. Hainan Wharf can only accommodate 25,000 MT of ships into the port. 2. Sea-sand Project in Hong Kong The monthly demand is about 2 million MT. Seller provide its own unloading equipment to the Hong Kong terminal. Hong Kong terminal can accommodate 50,000 to 80,000 MT of ships. Remarks: 1) The purchaser request and is interested in receiving the CIF price per cubic meter. 2) Before the formal contract signing, the supplier shall provide a sand test report, legal proof of sand mining such as AP/K2, business license and other legal materials. 3) The purchaser has prepared the import certificate and will be responsible for customs clearance. 4) The actual payment price is based on the cubic meter price (m3) and is not based on the weight (MT). 5) Payment method: Letter of credit, settlement payment after customs clearance.
