One lb lots of fiery Pieces of Slaughter Mt. fire agate for Cabbing/slabbing or simply display for outstanding mineral display pieces. Part of a huge new lot of material. Most will have fire, some will be quite exquisite with thick gemmy banding for which this location is noted for. Fire agate is different from fire opal in that, although sometimes the fire is easily seen, most of the time the fire will be hidden inside the stone and you will need to grind down through the layers to expose it. Sizes are quite variable, from small to over a pound pieces! I also try and gather/drop nice pieces as seen into every lot. The material comes in 5 gallon buckets, right from the mine, and so long as supplies last, i can offer this material at this price point.
