Seller issues commercial invoice (CI) for Buyer to sign back. 3. The Seller provides the Following PPOP documents for the Initial trial order quantity for Buyer’s confirmation. • DTA • Product Passport • Certificate of Origin • TSR • ATV 4. 12hrs maximum, Buyer contact the Seller Tank company and Send the DTA issued by Seller for arrangements for DIP Test in order for the Tank farm Company issues Appointment letter (which gives buyer access to the Terminal location of Tanks to conduct Dip test on the Product. 5. Buyer dip test on the Product by his inspector team (SGS), upon successful dip test, Buyer provide to the Seller’s Authority to Inject (ATI). 6. After the receipt of the Buyer’s Injection Permit (ATI), Seller will immediately commence the injection of the fuel to the Buyer’s vessel or shore tanks and issue to the Buyer, an Act of Transfer, Title Ownership Certificate and all Export Documentation and Buyer Release payment via MT103 and Lifts product, Seller pays all intermediaries involved as per NCNDA / IMFPA. 7. Seller shall issue a (12) Month Contract (SPA) to the Buyer, immediately after the complete execution of the Trial shipment. TRANSACTION PROCEDURE LOADED VESSEL /TTO (TANKER TAKE OVER): 1. Buyer sends ICPO with company profile to the seller. 2. Seller sends MOU agreement to the buyer for sign and seal. 3. Seller issue proof of product to the buyer. • Product Passport • Certificate of Origin • commercial invoice • Ocean Bill of lading • Cargo Manifest • Vessel Q88 • Notice of Readiness 4. Within 48hours of receipt of the 30% CONDITIONAL MT103/72 of the trial first shipment from the buyers’ bank, the seller issue ATB “Authorization to board vessel” to buyer appointed independent inspectors. 5. With the ATB the appointed inspectors go on board and carry out their inspection and present are port regarding the same to the buyer. 6. After receipt of a positive quality and quantity (Q&Q) report from the appointed inspector's, buyer makes full payment, re-assignment of the cargo is done in buyer's name and all original documents are given to the buyer through the banks involved within 48hours.
