Buyer signs & returns SPA in a day. Within 3 banking days, Buyer’s bank sends the amount of US $160,000,000 of MT799 by swift as POF to seller’s bank. Buyer sends MT799 scanned copy to Seller who can ask NNPC to issue DTA & original document of TSR immediately.* *Note: The Buyer Bank’s Swift bank instrument shall be issued by Buyer’s Company or re-designated Group - affiliated Company, and executes the signed Contract No.: *3. Seller provides DTA to Buyer. The Buyer will entrust CIQ to go to Lanshan, Rizhao and Qingdao Onshore seller’s tanks for Q&Q inspection.* *4. Q&Q/ATTESTATION REPORT is released to both Buyer and Seller. Within 48hours Seller sends final original document of CIQ report recording Q&Q and original document of invoice to Buyer’s Bank. All the original cargo documents in Buyer’s name listed in Item 5 are submitted to Buyer’s Bank.* *5. **After Buyer’s Bank receiving, Buyer's **bank places MT103 and makes cash payment (in 48hours) for total product as per Q&Q recording in CIQ Inspection Report. The Ownership of Cargo is automatically transferred to Buyer’s Bank from seller’s Bank simultaneously. Buyer takes over BLCO cargo from onshore tanks in Lanshan, Rizhao and Qingdao, China.* Documents List is as Below: a) Commercial Invoice. b) Tank Storage Receipt. c) Discharge Receipt. d) Custom Clearance Certificates. e) Certificate of Ownership. f) Certificate of Origin. g) Inspection Report (Certificate) on Q&Q by CIQ. h) Export Certificate by NNPC. i) Certificate of Quantity.j) Certificate of Quality. k) Certificate of Master’s Receipts of Samples. l) Certificate of Master’s Receipt of Documents.m) Ullage Report Issued at Loading Terminal Port. 6. Seller pays commission to all intermediaries, consultants and involved agents’ nominated accounts according to Signed IMFPA by paymaster. All they search for seller who give P.Bond or POP or TTM ...they only waste their time as no seller on whole planet load vessel and sail it to China unless without mind.
