We, the seller's mandate, under penalty of perjury, declare offer for sale the Lybian light sweet crude oil: Sarir and Messla under below conditions: 1. FOB Libya port less Discount $2 on Brent 2. Transferable LC 3. POF by MT799 from the buyer issued by a reputable International Bank at least one week prior to the loading of the vessel. 4. LC to be issued to our bank within 3 days of the B/L 5. Payment of LC is at sight. Inspection at loading port to be done by the buyer but an original copy of the inspection report must be provided to us 6. we can start with 1 MBBL or 2 MBBL first per shipment Can increase to 6-10 MBBL subject to prior sales We are seller's Mandate, Seller needs end Buyer or refinery no intermediaries. Buyer provide CP and any pertinent information, seller requires our prior due diligence on Buyer to forward direct SPA.
