With the vessel in China waters, with the new regulations vessel must discharge in Bonded Storage for CIQ test and payment is made within 3 days after assurance of the CIQ report. The Min.NETdiscount USD6. POF can be sent (BCL) to the seller via email, then seller bank can arrange with our bank to call and confirm authenticity of the BCL. We welcome the seller's bank to call our bank. Any qty Spot then if succesfull it become contract even up 60 months
