Heavy fuel oil Mazut M100 with a maximum sulphur content of 0.5% at CIQ Dip test at the port of discharge. Cargo is spot and will be loaded at Vladivostok port, Russia against a blocked (in buyer account) funds MT799 with payment by MT103 on discharge and CIQ certification. Interested buyer MUST provide copy import permit with order otherwise don't bother. Brokers and evidenced mandates commission will be protected by a bank pay order. This is a SPOT sale "take it or leave" based. Procedure 1. Buyer bank Notice of Readiness to proceed vs Commercial invoice, 2. MT799 blocked funds vs Partial proof of product (Q88, Storage Tank receipt, Charterparty agreement, Laycan, NOR, export permit, Etc), 3. MT103 vs Title transfer at discharge port, 4. Payment of commission(s)
