We have following offers from our buyers for JP 54 should be directly from Refinery/Title holder Buyer 1: 5 million barrels/month BUyer 2: 2 million barrels/month Buyer 3: 5 to 10 million barrels/month This confirms that we have resellers and one or more majors that are seeking JP54 supplies on a FOB or CIF Rotterdam basis. We can take whatever volumes you are able to source subject to procedures and price, the target price being US$90/bbl. The Procedure should be a pure CI, DIP and PAY transaction. We are seeking contracts of 2mio. bbls per month or more for the resellers and 5mio. to 10mio. bbls per month for the majors. We need to know that we are dealing directly with the Title Holder and/or the Refinery. We need tank receipts/partial proof of product right up front and prior to proof of funds.
