Payment terms : Letter of Credit: FFDLC Irrevocable, transferable, confirmed, auto revolving,
letter Of credit total amount payable 100% at sight from a prime bank,
Negotiation at Seller’s bank.
Inspection : By SGS at the place of loading. SGS shall issue an inspection certificate of quality and quantity.
Performance Bond: 2% by seller’s bank in favor of the buyer after acceptance operative LC by seller’s bank.
Procedures : 1) Buyer issue full LOI + BCL
2) Seller issue FCO
3) Buyer returned singed FCO.
4) Seller issued draft contract with bank details.
5) Buyer sings/seals contract and return if acceptable as final and informs
seller of LC opening in first class bank. With draft LC
6) Seller singed and sealed final contract, buyer and seller exchange final
contract.
7) Buyer opens Non-operative LC.
8) Seller issue PB 2% and POP to activate LC
9) Shipment
10) Payment
